Central Tourist Hotel

Central Seoul. Near the subway. Near the stream. Cant beat the loccation.The bed was fine.Shower was hot.The room was cleanBottles water in the lobbyA nice map of the bus stop in the lobby

No window in the room.No shhower curtain. No towels in the washroom.No electrical master switch. I had to remove the key to turn off the lights.Could not charge the phone over night.No one at the front desk... I had to call in Korean. It was late but is advertised as having a 24h front desk.

Not much. The decor was acceptable.

Light above bed didn't work. To turn off room lights and TV necessitated a hop out of bed to go to the door to remove the card from the slot. Not good. The carpet tiles in the corridors on my floor were pretty door. Hairs from a previous guest in the bath. A lot of noise from assorted guests in the corridor. A spare parts business in the lobby! For €123 per night this hotel room was vastly over-priced.

Still not worth the price. Room had mold. And they didnt give normal towels.

Nothing! The place is dirty, the location reminds of a bottom of a trash bin.

The staff is doing nothing for your convenient stay. Our bed sheets were torn! It was not a small tiny hole, it was completely torn! And had a lot of small black spots. And the staff even didn't apologize. As it was normal for them. We came late, so we had to stay, but we left after one night. I talked to Mr. Kim, he is the owner, and he refused to give my money back for the last 3 nights. Booking did not do anything as well, so I lost my money for 3 nights. Do not recommend this place at all!!!!! Feeling disappointed about Booking as well.

Checked out early due to how bad it was, the worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

Room stinks of cigarettes, can hear everything from other room. Loud guests, smell of smoke, mouldy bathroom. Stains on wall, the oldest appliances - nothing about this hotel deserves any credit. Poor customer service, and no regard for hospitality. Would never stay here again.

Perfect location! You are extremely central. The rooms are large and especially the bathroom was large, too. Everything was very clean, AC worked perfectly, staff was very friendly and there is free water for guests which was highly appreciated as the temperatures in Seoul were pretty crazy in August

I like the most are the approachable and kind staff, unlimited complimentary drinks, the elevators, wide lobby, and the location.

Some of the paints are ripped off from the wall and ceilings. And the bathroom has unpleasant smell, I think its from the pipelines.

Easy check in and Out and great location

It was really overpriced for the quality of the venue and for a room without a window

What a Cheater! Hate!

Cheating！The photos in Booking.com are not the same with reality！They arrange a 2-people room for 2adults and 2kids. After complaining and change room, the room is crazy dusty with dirty mat and bedding, small paper cups for brushing teeth, crazy leaking water bathtub and noisy air-conditioning! I need to be refunded!!!!These made my child get fever too!

Very dated hotel and the bed sheets were not very clean with a very dirty duvet/blanket

The cleaner didn't come to do it for 1 day.

I just liked the location.

The staff was rude. Started shouting at me as soon as I told him that Booking.com was trying to help me pay because another property had cancelled last minute and I didnt have that much credit to pay upfront for him too.

This hotel is a FRAUDlocation is good though

the photos on booking are NOT of the rooms that they actually have. the actual place looks like it is 10 years older. They should not be allowed to deceive people like this. the place is really dirty. there was a dirty used cup in the room, someone’s hair everywhere, black stains on the carpet and you can’t really see the view because windows are too dirty.

The hotel is in a great location and is in walking distance for some neat spots in Seoul.

There wasn’t a curtain for our shower, which wasn’t a big deal for us, and the toilet paper roll was almost used up when we first arrived. The biggest detractor was the black mold on the ceiling in the room. It was hard to forget about and made the stay less comfortable.

The price of the hotel was one of the best in the city and it was located close to City Hall and the train station.

Location is good.

When I enetered the room, felt like someone had just woken up. Sheets were messy, someones hair was on the bathroom floor, strange smell in the room. And the rooms door was wide open. Nobody speaks english, thats nothing strange really. Older men standing infront of the entrance during night, maybe the staff.

We find hear, not belonging to us in the bathroom.We had one bathtowel, even we had 3 persons in room.Do not forget the fridge door open!You need to study english!

Bad

The rooms were nothing like whats advertised. The smell as you walked through the hotel was disgusting. At Reception you were handed a small bag with toiletries in it. Air conditioning dirty. Couldn't turn it on. Bathroom disgusting. Towels old. Beds worn. Had to cover pillows with my own clothes. Didn't sleep. Returned to the hotel @ 5am and left by 10am. Just didn't feel a bit comfortable. Old men sitting outside the front door. Totally gave the wrong impression. No computers in Reception for check in. Only your name on a piece of paper. Key had room no taped on. All rooms had open doors. Lighting very dim. Again wrong impression. Light switch was covered, weird. No toilet paper. Stains (blood) on the walls.I think booking.com need to investigate this hotel. Totally wouldn't recommend it.

Very good

There was no one at the front desk most of the time I was there. There was no toilet paper in my room. There was trash in the halls left by previous guests. The rooms had old fashioned fixtures (especially lights) that were confusing.
